Clear rules for a healthcare technology platform.
These terms govern access to HealthArena. Activated paid services will have additional service, payment, refund and cancellation terms before purchase. Effective 26 August 2026.
Platform role
- HealthArena provides technology for discovery, records, coordination and partner operations.
- It does not practise medicine and does not replace a provider's professional judgment.
- A listing, badge, rating, ranking or distance is information—not a guarantee or endorsement.
Accounts and eligibility
- Adults may create accounts for themselves; minors require a parent or lawful guardian.
- You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Clinical and emergency limits
- Website content and wellness scores are educational and are not diagnosis or medical advice.
- Remote care may be unsuitable when physical examination is required.
- In an emergency call Rescue 1122 where available or attend the nearest emergency department; never wait for an app notification.
Regulated services
- Organ donation is a consent and authorised-referral workflow, never a commercial marketplace.
- Medical devices, implants and imports require applicable DRAP authorisation and partner verification.
- Hospital, home-care, laboratory, pharmacy and ambulance services open only with appropriate licensing and coverage.
Subscriptions and fairness
- A subscription may offer non-clinical concierge, records or coordination benefits.
- Payment never overrides clinical triage, emergency severity or medically necessary queue priority.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate others, scrape private data, bypass access controls, post unlawful claims or misuse emergency features.
- HealthArena may suspend unsafe, fraudulent or unlawful use and preserve evidence where required.
Law and updates
- These terms are governed by applicable law in Pakistan.
- Material changes will be dated and presented before they govern a newly activated service.
