Import and product controls
- DRAP establishment-licence evidence for manufacturers or importers as applicable.
- Device enlistment or registration reference, classification and validity.
- Storage, distribution, maintenance and recall contacts.
Implant traceability
- Product, lot or serial number, expiry, facility and procedure linkage.
- Restricted patient linkage with audit and recall workflows.
- No public disclosure of implant-patient identity.
Surgery and robotics
- Facility, theatre, team, credential and equipment-readiness records.
- Robotic capability is not a quality guarantee and never replaces informed consent.
- No procedure becomes bookable until a verified facility activates it.
