Emergency safety
In an emergency, contact emergency services first.
HealthArena is not currently an emergency dispatch or continuous-monitoring service. In Pakistan, call Rescue 1122 where available or go directly to the nearest emergency department.
One-tap SOS safety workflow
- The SOS record requires an explicit tap, consented location, subscriber entitlement and verified coverage before operator acceptance.
- It cannot claim dispatch without an accepting operator and confirmation reference.
- Users are told to call 1122 directly whenever coverage is absent or uncertain; HealthArena dispatch is not active today.
Subscribers and emergency cards
- Private emergency-card records store only user-selected allergies, medications, emergency contacts and identity visibility.
- Access is revocable, token-protected and recorded in an immutable patient-visible audit.
- Subscription benefits are non-clinical; no payment can bypass triage or a more urgent patient.
Remote vital monitoring
- Programme and reading records, clinician-approved thresholds and alerts are live, but HealthArena has no active monitoring partner today.
- Activation requires a verified clinical team, escalation plan, device provenance and clear response hours.
- A missing alert never proves a person is safe.
