Provider verification
A badge should mean evidence was checked.
HealthArena separates submitted, under-review, verified, expired and rejected records. Only verified and deliberately published non-demo profiles enter the public directory.
Doctors
- Identity and PMDC registration evidence.
- Declared specialty, practice association and expiry review.
- Profile claims and public contact details checked before publication.
Healthcare establishments
- Responsible organisation and manager identity.
- Applicable provincial healthcare commission registration or licence evidence.
- Service scope, address, location pin and public channels checked.
Ongoing signals
- Badges can expire or be removed.
- Material complaints trigger review, not an automatic guilty finding.
- Published availability is separated from general scheduling data.
What verification does not mean
- It is not a guarantee of outcomes, suitability or availability.
- It does not transfer clinical responsibility to HealthArena.
- Patients should still make decisions appropriate to their needs.
